Pro tools for whole sequences. Free during early access.
Opening and viewing your data is free. Pro is for the day you have thirty runs instead of one: export a whole sequence in a click, line up the same peak across every run, integrate beyond your first chromatogram, and follow one ion through a GC-MS sequence. Verify your email and every tool unlocks in your browser. Your files never leave your computer.
Export a whole sequence in one click
Drop the folder and download every signal of every run as CSV in one ZIP, with a run table of sample, date, method and vial. No more exporting one run at a time, signal by signal, from the data system.
Guide: export a whole sequence of ChemStation runs to CSV at once
See one peak across every run
Set a time window around a peak and get retention time, height and area for every run in a single table. Spot retention time drift or a falling standard area at a glance, then download the table for Excel, Origin, Python or R.
Guide: compare peak height, area and retention time across many runs
Integrate beyond your first chromatogram
Find the peaks, check the baselines Nagura Lab draws, drag the boundaries where they are wrong, and download the peak table with retention time, area, height, width, tailing, plates and resolution. Your first chromatogram is always free; Pro lifts the limit. Integration is new and automatic, so look at the baselines before you use a number.
How integration works, and how it was tested
Follow one ion through a GC-MS sequence
Pick an ion once, tick in every open run, and see its extracted ion chromatogram in every run on one chart. Then add the retention time and area of that ion per run to the window table.
Guide: plot an extracted ion chromatogram in every GC-MS run
How to get it
- Choose Get free early access here or on the home page, or in the batch tools once you load more than 3 runs.
- Enter your email address. We send you a 6-digit code, valid for 15 minutes.
- Enter the code. The Pro tools unlock in that browser and stay unlocked there.
We use your address only to email you about Pro and early access, and delete it on request. See Privacy.
What is free without it
Open and view files from all supported formats, plot and overlay chromatograms and spectra, explore diode-array and mass-spectrum data, print, and download the CSV of a chromatogram or spectrum. The batch tools work on your first 3 runs, and you can integrate your first chromatogram.
Good to know
- Early access is for a limited time.
- Figures and exports keep the small Nagura Lab mark. Figures without it are not part of early access.
- Your files are never uploaded: all of this runs in your browser.
